  • Zak Copeland is an Associate Director at Digby Group, specialising in high-value partner and team moves within London.

    Zak’s recruitment journey began in 2019 during his placement year while studying his International Business Management degree at the University of Lincoln. After completing his degree he went and gained sales experience at a globally renowned energy company before establishing a legal desk at a boutique recruitment firm, he re-joined Digby Group in 2025.

    Zak has worked on exciting projects, such as facilitating a client’s launch of an Asia desk within their London practice, successfully moving a team of two Partners and three junior lawyers. Zak has also worked with Partners within Property, Private Client, Banking and Finance

    Zak enjoys boxing and spending time with his family and dog, Percy.
